Global Talk: ASEAN Development and Trade

Lisa Vongchingtrong, a current junior at the College of Arts & Sciences at Washington University, discusses infrastructure development in South East Asia and its impact on regional economic development and global trade.

Lisa was born and raised in Bangkok, Thailand and served as a summer analyst at Tractus Asia, a leading ASEAN-based consulting firm. She was recently published by the Thai-German Chamber of Commerce for her article “Regional Connectivity to Aid Thailand’s Transformation”. Currently, Lisa currently serves as the Vice President of the Washington University International Relations Council.
